Requirements for candidates and selection criteria in the framework of credit mobility projects of the
ERASMUS + program (KA1).

A student who applies to participate in an exchange program with a higher partner within the credit
mobility program of the EU program “ERASMUS +”(KA1) must submit the following documents:
- Completed and signed APPLICATION FORM (this document is printed on both sides).
For the entire period of study, the average academic score must be at least 75 points on the rating (a
component of academic success), taking into account the results of all forms of semester control. The
average score is set by the dean’s office employee and signed by the academic mobility coordinator of the
faculty / institute (the coordinator must check the correctness of the average score calculation). - A copy of the training card; (to obtain this document, the student applies to the dean’s office of his
faculty/ institute). - Certificate of knowledge of the relevant foreign language (if the project description indicates the
mandatory availability of certificates recognized at the international level) (TOEFL, IELTS, TestDaf, etc.), then
only these certificates are accepted. , French and Polish) BSMU, a copy of the certificate is accepted upon
presentation of the original! - Confirmation of achievements in scientific and research activities (publications, conferences, patents and
competitions / contests). Confirmation of such activity is the submission of a copy of the first page of the
professional publication, a copy of the page with the content (name of the student with the specified topic
of publication must be emphasized) and copies of the printed publication (article or thesis).
This item is optional for students. Conducting research provides additional competitive points to the
student. - Curriculum * (Learning Agreement) indicating disciplines / courses, scope of study / number of ECTS
credits. The minimum number of credits for re-enrollment is 15 ECTS. (The academic mobility coordinator of
the faculty / institute must sign this document). The document must be in two copies!
Note 1. Students of the first semester of study at the first level of higher education may not participate in the
competition.
Note 2. If two students scored the same number of competitive points, the preference is given to the
student with the highest average score. The second criterion is language competence.
A postgraduate student applying for participation in an exchange program with a higher partner in the
framework of the credit mobility of the EU program “ERASMUS +” (KA1) must submit the following
documents:
- Completed and signed APPLICATION FORM (this document is printed on both sides. The average
score for the graduate student is not indicated). - Certificate of knowledge of the relevant foreign language (if the project description indicates the
mandatory availability of certificates recognized at the international level) (TOEFL, IELTS, TestDaf,
etc.), then only these certificates are accepted. , French and Polish) BSMU, a copy of the certificate
is accepted upon presentation of the original! - Confirmation of achievements in scientific and research activities (publications, conferences,
patents and competitions). Confirmation of such activity is the submission of a copy of the first
page of the professional publication, a copy of the page with the content (full name of the
graduate student with the specified publication topic must be emphasized) and copies of the

work / number of ECTS credits; or the research plan is agreed by the supervisor, signed by the
academic mobility coordinator of the faculty / institute and agreed with the host institution (if
possible). The graduate school and doctoral departments must sign the curriculum! The
document is being prepared in two copies! - For some projects, it is mandatory to have an invitation letter from the host partner university.
Note 3. If two graduate students scored the same number of competitive points, the preference is given to
the graduate student with the available letter of support the second criterion is a competitive score for
scientific activity, the third – language competence.
Scientific-pedagogical staff who applies for participation in an exchange program with a higher partner in
the framework of the credit mobility of the EU program “ERASMUS +” (KA1) must submit the following
documents:
- Completed and signed APPLICATION FORM (this document is printed on both sides).
- If you have a certificate of knowledge of the relevant foreign language; (the presence of a
language certificate recognized at the international level provides additional competition
points, but the candidate can independently (in the application form) indicate the level of
proficiency in a foreign language). - Printed rating of NPP for the 2018/2019 academic year.
- Internship plan for training or internship plan for teaching signed by the head of the
department and the host party or a letter of support from the host university-partner (only for
those projects where there is such a requirement). (For all other projects, the availability of this
document will provide additional competition points).
Staff for teaching (at least 8 hours of lectures per week) or staff for training.
NOTE 4. If two research and teaching staff score the same number of competitive points, preference is
given to the research and teaching staff with a letter of support. The second criterion is the rating for the
scientific component of the NPP rating, the third – language competence.
The number of quotas for participation in credit mobility projects for research and teaching and
administrative staff, where there are quotas for staff training, is distributed equally, unless otherwise
allocated by the higher partner.
If there are quotas for teaching (staff for teaching) and internships (staff for training) in one project, quotas
for teaching (staff for teaching) are distributed among research and teaching staff, and quotas for
internships (staff for training) are distributed among administrative staff, unless otherwise assigned by the
higher partner.
If there is one scholarship for internship (staff for training), its purpose is determined by the priority of the
partner university.
An administrative staff applying to participate in an exchange program with a higher partner in the
framework of the credit mobility of the EU program “ERASMUS +” (KA1) must submit the following
documents:
- Completed and signed APPLICATION FORM (this document is printed on both sides).
- If you have a certificate of knowledge of the relevant foreign language; (the presence of a
language certificate recognized at the international level provides additional competition
points, but the candidate can independently (in the application form) indicate the level of
proficiency in a foreign language). - Internship plan * signed by the head of the department or unit (mandatory for all!) And the
host party (only for those projects where there is such a requirement). (A letter of support
from the host partner university will provide additional competition points, except for those
projects where the presence of such a document is mandatory).
Note 5. If two candidates have scored the same number of competitive points, preference is given to the
administrative employee with the available letter of support. The second criterion is the rating score for the
internship plan, the third – language competence.
The number of quotas for participation in credit mobility projects for research and teaching and
administrative staff, where there are quotas for staff training, is distributed equally, unless otherwise
allocated by the higher partner.
If there are quotas for teaching (staff for teaching) and internships (staff for training) in one project, quotas
for teaching (staff for teaching) are distributed among research and teaching staff, and quotas for
internships (staff for training) are distributed among administrative staff, unless otherwise assigned by the
higher partner.
If there is one scholarship for internship (staff for training), its purpose is determined by the priority of the
partner university.
